  • Blurb - Easily create photobooks using web-based apps and downloadable tools. Can even make books from your Facebook and Instagram photos. The Blurb Bookstore lets you easily sell your photobook, whether you're a professional photographer or just a creative enthusiast.
  • Bubbleshare - This creates a moving slideshow of images uploaded from your hard drive. This is VERY easy to use and looks great to give people a quick idea of what you are doing in a unit, etc. Here is an example... They come in different sizes, and have different effects.
  • http://picasaweb.google.com this is a free google service with less restrictions that Flickr. It is easy to learn and fun to use. It has features such as red eye removal and cropping. I put over 300 pics into a slideshow and was able to adjust the timing by clicking on the plus or minus icon at the bottom of the slideshow screen.

"Part scrapbook, part “to-do” list (or to-buy list), Ript mimics the actions of ripping, piling and arranging scraps of information. If you can see it on your computer, you can “rip” it. Simply drag and drop images and text from the internet or your computer and arrange them however you please — making it easy to compile, print and share your handiwork."

This video shows the very first version of the application on a large NextWindow Human Touch display:
